APPLE IPHONE 5 RELEASE DATE

Rather than this being good news as most iPhone 5 enthusiasts are waiting for any information on the smartphone’s release, the date of Apple’s annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) suggests a 2012 release for the iPhone 5.
blankAccording to reports from a Chinese supplier of iPhone parts, Apple has not yet ordered components for the highly anticipated iPhone 5, which strongly suggests that it won’t be contributing to Apple’s 2011 fiscal year.
Apple’s fiscal year (or the last day to account for this years profits) is on September 24, 2011 and the lack of a supply order suggests that Apple may be waiting for the fiscal year to end, in late September/early October at the earliest, before releasing the iPhone 5.
Apple’s WWDC has also been where previous iPhones have been announced to the public, but this years tagline clearly avoids any mention of a product release in saying, “Join us for a preview of the future of iOS and Mac OS X”.

Report: iPhone 5 May Arrive As Late As Early 2012

The event’s site-description also pretty much confirms rumours that iOS 5 would be launching in Fall 2011 as well.
It’s way too soon to start guessing when Apple plans to release the iPhone 5, but yet another source (that’s actually been pretty good with these things) claims that the smartphone will go into production late into their fourth quarter (late August/early September) with sights set on an early 2012 release.
Again, we urge lots of caution with reports that claims to know that much about Apple’s long-term plan. However, based on the given circumstances explained, it wouldn’t be too unlikely.
We’re pretty bummed over here at iPhone5Rumours, but we’d rather it be flawless once released than have problems with an early release. What do you think?
